- Express delivery —
Delivery charges
Standard delivery is complimentary on orders over . Any charge that applies is confirmed with you before payment is taken — we do not charge a delivery fee that you have not seen.
International orders
Tracking
If tracking has not updated within 48 hours, email with your order reference and we will look into it for you.
Missed deliveries
Parcels returned to us as undeliverable after two delivery attempts can be re-sent once at the customer's expense. We will always contact you first before arranging this.
Returns & Exchanges
Items altered after delivery, and pieces explicitly marked final sale, are not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to return
- Email with your order reference
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions
- Send the item back using a tracked service, retaining the receipt
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the item arriving back with us
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to availability. Tell us what you would like when you request the return and we will hold the item for 7 days while your return is in transit.
Faulty items
If a garment arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with photographs. We will arrange a repair, a replacement or a full refund — at no cost to you.
Size Guide
Measurements are in centimetres and are body measurements — measure yourself, not a garment. Sizes are UK. If you are shopping from outside the UK, choose by the measurements rather than the size number, as the measurements mean the same thing in every country.
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for coats and outerwear, and sizing down for knitwear.
| Size | Bust | Waist | Hip | UK |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 80–84 | 62–66 | 88–92 | 6 |
| S | 85–89 | 67–71 | 93–97 | 8 |
| M | 90–94 | 72–76 | 98–102 | 10 |
| L | 95–100 | 77–82 | 103–108 | 12 |
| XL | 101–107 | 83–89 | 109–115 | 14 |
How to measure
- Bust — measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level
- Waist — measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest point
- Hip — measure around the fullest part of your hip, roughly 20cm below the waist
Still unsure? Email with your measurements and the style you are considering and we will tell you which size to take.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the information we need to sell you clothing and to tell you about it, and we never sell your personal data.
Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by , registered at . That entity is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Privacy questions and requests go to .
What we collect
- Contact and delivery details you give us — name, email address, delivery address — when you place an order or send an enquiry
- Order history, so we can handle returns, faults and repeat enquiries
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics
- Your marketing preferences, which you can change at any time
How we use it
To answer your enquiry and fulfil your order, to handle returns and faults, to prevent fraud, to keep the site working and secure, and — only where we have a lawful basis to do so — to send you collection news and sale invitations.
Lawful bases for processing
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases: to perform the contract we have with you (taking and fulfilling your order, handling returns and faults); to meet legal obligations (keeping accounting and tax records); for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the site and in preventing fraud; and on your consent where we send you marketing or set optional cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Where your data is processed
We are established in China and do not have a branch in the EEA, the UK or the United States. When you place an order or send us an enquiry, your data is transferred to and stored in China, which is outside those territories. We keep the transfer to the minimum needed to answer your enquiry or fulfil your order, and we apply the same protections described in this policy wherever the data is held. Where we use a service provider in another country, we require it to protect your data to an equivalent standard.
Who we share it with
We share delivery details with the carrier handling your parcel. Where payment is arranged by bank transfer or through a payment provider, that provider processes your payment under its own privacy policy — we do not collect or store card details on this website. We also use third-party providers for website hosting, email delivery and analytics, each bound to use the data only for the purpose we engaged them for.
Cookies and advertising
We use essential cookies to keep your bag and your session working. These are required for the site to function. We also use optional cookies for analytics and for measuring advertising performance — for example, cookies set by Microsoft Advertising that allow us to see whether a visit came from one of our ads and whether it led to an enquiry.
Optional cookies are only set where permitted by local law, and you can refuse them without affecting your ability to browse or order. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking the essential ones will prevent the bag from working.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it for marketing. Email and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Exercising any of these rights is free and will not affect how we serve you.
California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. We do share limited technical data with our advertising and analytics providers so that we can measure whether our advertising works; you can limit this through the cookie controls described above or through the opt-out tools those providers offer. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, email and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date below.
